Default HELP:How to cure a sprained finger?

Hey guys i just needed some advice on how to fix up my finger. its the middle one and the top part of it got sprained and i dont really know how to make it better so can i please have some suggestions please that will work fast.

Im sure you probably iced it which is the first step to decrease the amount of swelling... Then wrap an elastic compression bandage around your finger. This will limit swelling and support your finger.

you cant make it move get a popstickle(sp?) stick, put it on your finger and wrap it round ur finger wit a bandage. A couple of days it will be fine.

bend it as far back and forward as you can. until you here a little crack. it may be a little painful.
