Default Advice to Gamblers: Pats winning the AFC a good bet

Everyone is all over the Broncos for the AFC, but I don't like their chances for the long haul.

-Ryan Clady(All Pro LT) is out for the season. This will be HUGE against teams with a decent pass rush.
-Not in love with their defense
-Manning always comes back down to Earth in the playoffs.

Meanwhile the Patriots are quietly 4-0 despite having a plethora of MAJOR injuries. Their defense looks pretty good and Brady is working some new weapons into the offense which will be DEADLY when they get back Gronk/Amendola/Vereen.

Brady knows how to win with less people around he is a hall famer and a all time great but this Denver team is on another level like the 07 pats offensive They have so many weapons it ridiculous. Manning smells blood this year hes gunning for that ring.

Cupcake schedule. Baltimore is OK at best. Oakland/NYG are both bottom five teams in the league and Philly isn't too far.

Ryan Clady out is going to hurt them down the road. How will Manning react when he is getting hit a lot? The replacement LT let his guy by him for a hard hit on Manning in that Oakland game. We'll see how that goes against teams with a decent pass rush.

Dominant offense is always guaranteed a top seed and regular season domination, but it's tough to replicate that in the playoffs. I'm not doubting that the Broncos will finish first in the conference, but given the odds I feel the Patriots are a better bet to represent in the Superbowl.

Well it's not like they've beaten any quality teams by a convincing fashion yet. Most impressive victory was against the Buccs who aren't a good team. Other than that, these games have been close with the Patriots barely beating these terrible teams.

The Bucs are terrible. I actually thought they'd be good too. Other than the Jaguars they have the worst QB situation in the entire league.

But this has more to do with the AFC as a whole. Right now everyone is on the Broncos. It's a fools bet.

The Full list....
Denver Broncos 11/10
New England Patriots 11/2
Cincinnati Bengals 10/1
Houston Texans 12/1
Baltimore Ravens 12/1
Kansas City Chiefs 15/1
Miami Dolphins 15/1
Indianapolis Colts 20/1
Tennessee Titans 35/1
New York Jets 40/1
San Diego Charge 60/1
Pittsburgh Steeler 75/1
Buffalo Bills 100/1
Cleveland Browns 100/1
Oakland Raiders 500/1
Jacksonville Jaguars 5000/1

There's no real money to be won with the Broncos. And other than the Broncos what team is there? The ****ing Bengals have the third best odds and they look terrible. New England is a decent bet here.

didnt the pats whip the broncos last year? yeah i guess that was last year, and the broncos look unbeatable this year. but all it takes is 1 moment of uncertainty from manning for him to underwhelm in the playoffs again. still MVP though.

Vince Wilfork is out for the year with a torn Achilles injury

So are they still a good bet?
