Turnovers, offensive rebounds, bench points, defense and injuries are probably the few biggest reason that Nuggets are not winning so far. Melo and Iverson doesn't have too much problem as far as I can see.

They need to share the ball with other teammates, last few games, both accounts for more than 60 points of the team's score, while the others have less 10 points.

I don't think that it's AI and Melo's fault, they are doing their part. They have other teammates that have to step up. Those other teammates have to find a way to do their part and then the Nuggets will be a tight team.

I think it is only going to get better, last game Nene and AI played really well together and having Nene healthy is only going to help the nuggets. If I remember right Nene forced Memphis into bringing more size as he was eating up anyone who was guarding him. Now with Nene in their that gives our team an inside threat besided Camby and teams have to acknowledge that.

the games we have lost Nene was almost non existant which allowed the opponent the zero in on AI and Melo. but when Nene is on his game it is a different story.

your right though the other players on the team need to step up and support our superstars in points and someone needs to start rebounding more.

It is going to get better, only because it can't get any worse. When you get two players of that caliber and stick them together, it takes a while to develope potent chemistry.

That being said, does anyone know what is up with DerMarr? Where has he been? I think he could really be helping out, espcially with the long range jumper.

They got problems.
1.K-Mart needs to come back- they miss his ruthless hardcore personality plus his rebounding shot blocking, intimidating, defense, etc.
2.J.R. smith- They miss his scoring and shooting. He also can help ball handle and helps with the fast break.
3.Camby needs to step up_ Yesterday he let mutumbo grab over 22 boards.
wow.... I think Camby had less than 10.
4. Over the summer they need to go out and grab a Grade A shooter, a pure one and they need to bring in another back up shooter.
5.They need an off season to work and mesh

you got iverson leading the fast break(FAST) he can score by himself against 3 or 4 ppl and then you got K-mart Trailing who is one of the best Fast break finishers and Smith/Melo on the wings who can spot up and shoot or dunk...
How are you gonna stop that. And Camby.. Leave him on the defensive end... And he needs to eat, Breath, and sleep these words "REBOUNDS,SHOTBLOCKS,DEFENSE" he and K can Ancor our defensive. Thats what they need. and then add a shooter like Korver(trade Evans/najera) and then bring in another shooter(a small name that can shoot..like Webster)

1) Melo needs to pass the ball. I'm not asking him to start dropping dimes - that's not his job. He needs to stop jacking up shots. Iverson finally, for the first time since they played together, attempted more shots than Melo. And they won. Melo needs to pass more.

2) Blake needs to distribute better. He had a career high 18 or so assists this season. His season low on Denver is around 1 or 2. He needs to use his minutes properly. Iverson can distribute well, but they will work much better if Melo AND Iverson score, while others distribute. Making Iverson do both hasn't been working.

3) Iverson needs looks. He can score very very well, we all know that. Probably the best scorer in this league. But when he's not getting shots, we have a problem.

4) Camby. He lead the league on boards this season for a few days, then completely lost it and is grabbing about 5 boards a game nowadays. GET ON THE BOARDS, MARCUS.

5) DEFENSE. Nuff said. Scoring 105PPG and allowing 104PPG = bad.

Karl said if Melo doesn't learn to pass and play team ball, he'll be benched. And that's what happened last night. And Iverson took over. And they won. Melo needs to pass and let Iverson have his shots if anything is going to happen. Melo being 13-30 while AI is 5-10 is not good. Should be 10-20 for both of them.
