Default Lee is the Future but Where?

I want Lee to be a knick till he retires and no other knick will ever wear the #42 EVER AGAIN.

But where does he fit?
Is he a small forward? That dominates the post and passes out of it. Struggle to keep up with elusive small forwards.

Or a Power Forward? Elusive compared to bigger pfs and be able to take them off the dribble and beat them to the ball but will struggle to defend them and might not rebound as much as he does now.

I know he should be a knick forever but what will we remember him as?
A dominant small forward?
of
Elusive power forward?

A great coach has a way to figure those things out.

I think he can swing depending on the opponent.

He will never be able to guard the super athletic type 3 and 4, not too many players can. That's why help defense and zone defense makes it a moot point.

He has to develop a short range jump shot to make that next step. I have said before that he already has it but lost confidence in it. I feel he thinks that if he shoots it there will be nobody there to rebound.

There best players are marbury, Q, Lee, Frye and Curry. He has to start playing them together so they get a feel for each other and work together.

Especially on defense were the young players including Lee need a lot of work.

When Curry is out slide Frye to center and Lee to PF, Q to SF and bring Crawford in to play SG. That's a good rotation and everybody swings. It makes more sense to me than what Zeke is doing which is only a step better than Larry Brown's mess.

Curry and Lee is our Future frontcourt and i want them to be there until they Retire. These two big men i love.

I can careless about Frye when it comes down to David Lee.

Anywhere but NY is good for him. He's a starter not a bench warmer. If I have to pick a team I'd say the Lakers. He'd benefit greatly.

Re: Lee is the Future but Where?

It might end up being on another team.

He'll bolt if he can when his contract is up.

I would if I were him.

I think it's a overt show of disrespect not starting him.

Zeke will say this and that, maybe he wants him to win the sixth man award. If he keep putting up double doubles he will.......15 points 12 rebounds or something like that in around 30 minutes a game.

I think he can play both the 3 and 4.

I don't want him shooting because then no on will rebound.

I believe he will stay because he is a big time fan favorite and even though he doesn't start yet, he gets 35+ minutes a night and plays most of the fourth quarter usually.

retire the number 42 right now.

He's a sub now but that wont last forever..we dont know whats gonna happen later on...its evident that Channing wont be a knick for long..And Lee is a fan favorite and Zeke wont deny his place in da line up for long.

We (Nets) will take him in the future.
We need a big man that can rebound
But it probably wont happen cause were both in Atlantic

I have no disrespect for the white guy (see my thread, David "the white guy" Lee) but he will be better off somewhere other than the knicks I think clevland is a perfect fit he will acompane Lebron And Ilgu...whatever it is and besids Frye is the future of knicks no one will ever where 7 again in knicks history once again no disrespect

PS. please exuse my spelling
