My gut tells me that Jimmy is going to FK up the hiring of a coach again, so I don't want to talk about it or get my hopes up.....just the fact that he is interviewing Dunleavy again really scares me.......I really HOPE he proves me wrong....

I agree about the Dunleavy thing. It makes absolutely no sense to bring him in for an interview. I'm surprised that Nate McMillan isn't in more of the rumors for the head coaching vacancies too.

Ever read Matthew 28:16-20? Just incase you missed it, God's people was given a mission, to share their faith, it's not a suggestion or an enrouragement, it is a commandment.
God's followers believe that he has expectations, that there are repercussions to our actions and decisions and more importantly in judgement.
If the person being reached out said no thank you, then yes, the Christian should back off, just like Jesus said, "shake the dust off your sandals..."leave them alone

Spreading the faith isn't just by words. Actions speak much louder ;)

There are wiser ways that creating a public annoyance, because when you get on somebody's nerves, don't expect them to listen.

I just want dunleavy to decide to exclude himself. Why do the idiots that see Brown and D'Antoni getting fired think they can come in and do better? Anyone of those guys that come here are bound to ruin their reputations lol.

there is nothing to fcuk up this time. all MF's are at the same level. No Phil no adelman.

its either Ollie/D Fish or 1 of these 3: karl, M Jackson, Hollins

I don't get this generation....they do profane things in movies and even on tv, music has become largely about cursing and calling women all sorts of names.......and all that is ok and praised, but talk about religion and doing nice things then OH No, you can't say that in public, you have to hide it like it's a crack pipe....lol.

But what irks me is that how they paint Mark ramming his religious beliefs to everybody's throat whenever he gets a chance to speak,
it's not like when an interviewer asks him about strategy, that he'll say, "oh, I prayed hard last night and just moments ago, I heard God told me, we will win..."
Postgame, "Oh I told you guys, we will win bec God told me so, we won bec I am a Christian, so all of you should read your bible and follow my lead, let us pray and invite God into our hearts".
How many times did these happened?

I'm assuming you mean Jackson working for Welts? If so maybe Jackson isn't a traditional Christian I know of a few who are open minded and not closed minded or against equality/progress (pro-abortion rights, pro gay marriage etc) then again I haven't paid enough attention to Jackson's views to know really, if he supports "traditional views" then yeah go figure (then again people with traditional religious views being hypocritical...let's all in unison take a deep breath and act surprised, that's not an attack on organised religion itself just those that selectively choose what to support and what to be against while acting holier than thou if Jackson is indeed one of those given his apparent affair I've just read about it's awfully funny if he's got traditional religious views), I certainly don't think it'd be the easiest relationship with Jackson and Welts but apparently he didn't get along with certain coaches either so it wasn't just one person, seems like he didn't have a single ally there

I do tend to agree with the above it shouldn't have any impact on his coaching ability or his potential to land another head coaching job.
You do deserve credit for posting on online forums at your age, I'm not entirely sure how old you are as you haven't said just that you are "old" and pension discounts and coupons so I'm guessing over 65...my grandparents don't own a computer (well they did but they got rid of it) so you are far ahead of them in technological ability, well at least you experienced something like that before the remote once the remote was invented you was probably thinking "It's the greatest thing since sliced bread" (well not literally of course you'd have been alive when sliced bread started... ;) )

He doesn't have to be that old, lord Lakers91 you make him sound like he's lucky to find his slippers in the morning...

Remotes only became really popular in the mid 60s funny story, we got our first TV with remote in the late 60s sometime. Back then they operated via sound to change the channels and turn off and on it was so high pitched a sound dogs couldn't even hear... at least ours never complained

it had 3 buttons only did two things, on/off and channel up/down

my little sister had this playskool school house thingy with little people and desks she'd arrange inside blah blah... it had a little bell on the schoolhouse steeple that would ring when you pulled a string on the back of the school..

so world series is on, i don't know who was playing i wasn't interested but my stepdad and uncles were, they were totally involved, yelling at the TV, yelling at each other, you know the drill...

i was having fun ringing that bell so right at some critical juncture in the game "and there's the pitch, the swing and this ball is..."

*ding a ling goes the bell and off goes the TV....

holy cow you'd think I just joined a satanic cult or something... "Get the hell outta my house and take that ****ing school with you" then my uncle yelled for my mom to send me to an orphanage... lol lord they were pissed off

still a moment in family history that gets brought up on every occasion the family at large is together
