Pacers passing on Marcus Williams and taking Shawne Williams, especially when Pacers are in the need for a PG and Marcus led the nation in assists...i wonder why a lot of teams passed on Marcus, is anything wrong with the guy?

But the Pacers already have Danny Granger, the Shawne Williams pick made little sense to me considering Jamaal Tinsley is hurt 24/7.

People thought he was out of shape, and have questions about his past (stealing laptops). In my opinion he should have gone much earlier.

I also think choosing Sheldon Williams at 5 was a big mistake. Sheldon is a good player but was taken too early in the draft in front of some potential stars such as Rudy Gay, Brandon Roy, and Randy Foye. I thought Williams would be picked in the top 20 but top 5, BIG MISTAKE!!!!
