Now I know what it was like for everyone else in 93 when Dallas beat the Bills

Yawn

It was pretty disappointing. Like someone else said, we were expecting a clash of the titans. Best defense in football vs. the most prolific offense ever. A potential Peyton Manning redemption story. Trash talk.

And what we get is Seattle curb stomping Denver. I wanted to take a nap at one point.

I was doing my taxes by the 2nd half.

The game was a blowout from the first snap.

It was actually a pretty decent SB. It showed us how important defense is. How many record-breaking offenses have actually won the SB in the past 20 years?

Despite hating Boston, I'm glad Manning lost because I have a lot more respect for Tom Brady. Had Manning won, the GOAT hype would have been annoying as hell, people would be putting Manning over Montana and Brady right now. I liked the outcome of this game.

What? The vast majority of people here begrudgingly picked the Seahawks to win in the Bay Area deep in Niners territory. Defense historically beats offense. The Seahawk defense was just nasty this year.

Insane offenses never do ****. Well, extremely rarely. I remember people were saying "This Chargers offense is unstoppable, they might win it all" before they got taken out.

I honestly think the Patriots would have given a better fight.

Really happy with my decision to skip the SB parties and just go to bed super early to catch up on some sleep. Didn't watch a second of the game and THANK GOD I didn't.
