That is impressive if true and shows the athletic capabilities of a superior nature.
But really, straight linear speed is not all that important for a pass rushing end. If I'm drafting a DE, put more stock in the shuttle cone drill and strength stuff. Quickness/explosion and strength/technique makes a DE elite, not speed.
Even stuff like chasing down ball carriers in the flat is more reliant on explosiveness than running 40 yards faster than what should be possible. Only time that kind of interval speed is valuable is if the dude catches an INT or scoops and runs with a fumble.
