Default Next Five Games: Knicks-Nets

A look at the..
Next Five Games: Knicks-Nets

KNICKS

Seattle SuperSonics
Washington Wizards
Toronto Raptors
New Orleans Hornets
Toronto Raptors

NETS

Dallas Mavericks
Houston Rockets
San Antonio Spurs
Memphis Grizzlies
New Orleans Hornets

I think this is a pivotal moment for the Knicks. This is the time that you have to make a statement. Do you really want to make the NBA Playoffs? Do you really want it so bad, that you can almost smell it? The Nets don't seem to look like they want it so badly anymore, and if there is any indicator how the Nets played the last few games, they are in for a rude awakening!

What teams do you think we will beat? I think we are capable of going 5-0. Having said that, we are also capable of going 1-5 or worse, 0-5! To me this seems like an easy five game schedule, just play your heart out, and play some solid DEFENSE! Ok solid is a bit too much!

As for the New Jersey Nets, may God have mercy on their souls!

But the thing about sports is that you never know what will happen. The Nets are pissed that they lost to the worst teams in the Atlantic Divison! They want to take that anger out, and playing with a little bit of fire helps sometimes. But then again, you are facing the Dallas Mavericks, the San Antonio Spurs, the Houston Rockets! Defense spells out their names. This is a huge challenge for them. The Texas Triangle will be tough to beat.

This is the time to make a statement, if we want it, we can have it!

The key games in that lineup of teams are the ones against the Raptors and the Wizards. I say we win 3 of the upcoming 5 games. Lee really needs to return. It's crucial that they take advantage of the half game behind they are from the Nets. I know they want it more than the Nets. Let's see if the show it on the court with some really needed wins.

We are capable of winning all of them, thats if Marbury can step up like he did in the last two. I predict that it ends up like this:

KNICKS

Seattle SuperSonics - W
Washington Wizards - L
Toronto Raptors - L
New Orleans Hornets - W
Toronto Raptors - W

NETS

Dallas Mavericks - L
Houston Rockets - L
San Antonio Spurs - L
Memphis Grizzlies - W
New Orleans Hornets - W

Yeah a 5 game winning streak is asking for too much, but if the Nets continue playing the way they are they can lose to the Grizzlies and the Hornets too
