no way he makes the team though...but it would be cool to see

The Seahawks have released DE Red Bryant.

The Eagles have signed WR Jeremy Maclin to a 1 Year/5.5 Million Dollar Contract.

The Panthers have assigned the franchise tag (worth nearly 13 Million) to DE Greg Hardy.

The Jets have assigned the franchise tag (worth about 3.3 Million) to Kicker Nick Folk.

Dolphins gauging interest for Dion Jordan. With Philly's pressing need for an outside pass rush and his history with Chip I wonder if they'd take that chance. I really have no knowledge of why he couldn't get on the field last year.

Kelly loves tall, fast, and long arms on defense.

What is his value? A first and what. 4th? 3rd?

Wouldn't mind seeing the chargers try and pick up Jordan. We could use a lengthy pass-rusher to compliment Ingram. Also got Donald Butler re-signed on a multi-year deal

This is a lie. La Canfora is always wrong when it comes to Miami.

-The NFL would take draft picks away from the Fins because the Wells Report was devastating.
-Coaches ordered a "Code Red" on Martin
-Sean Smith was to get the franchise tag
-Jared Cook was a done deal to Miami
- Jake Long looked as though he was going back to Miami

I also remember him saying Fisher as HC was a done deal.

He isn't doing anything but talking to the team. Maybe field some ground balls.

Seahawks also release Sidney rice.

Looks like by releasing red Bryant and rice going to re sign Michael Bennet and golden Tate.

I like golden Tate. Think he will always play hard. With a chip on his shoulder.
Can't type the same bout Michael Bennet. He played his ass off this year to get big contract IMO. Think he might be one of those players that shut it down a little once they get big deals.

Would much rather keep Bennett than Tate. I like tate but he's very replaceable where as a guy like Bennett who can rush the passer at a high level from both the inside and outside isn't. Honestly would let Tate walk. Hes gonna want money in the 6-7 mil range. We can't afford that.

I feel you. I just have this feeling Bennett was beasting for one reason. Money. Once he gets big money, just think he's gonna not play with same verocity as this year. Just a hunch.

Tate will always play like he did this year IMO. We need to cut zack miller. He's too much. 7 million. Luke Wilson is pretty good. Draft seffarin Jenkins.

Brian Orakpo gets the franchise tag from the Redskins. Hope they can iron out a long term deal that's reasonable enough for the team to have room in the future. I like Orakpo but not so much at like 12 mill a year, not worth that much.

The best pass rushers slated to hit the market, Hardy and Orakpo will return to their teams under the one year tender, sans renegotiations.

O-sack-po back in the burgundy and gold. Sry, girls.

I will say it's not out of the realm of possibility to trade Orakpo and get some assets for him if he wants long term numbers that the Skins aren't willing to hand out. We can't handicap the future for one good, not elite, pass rusher. I still think Orakpo would be better in sack terms as a 4-3 DE.

Luckily, he's athletic enough to be formidable in pass coverage and also plays the run pretty well too for what he does in the 3-4.

Who's gonna trade valuable assets for a 29 year old pass rusher with injury history on a big contract and lots of guaranteed money?

You would get 40 cents on the dollar.
