Default I see some Josh Howard in PJ Tucker

guy who was left til around 30.

he was an excellenet college player.

seems to have the same kind of attributes.

I can totally see PJ Tucker posterizing some dudes this year. By mid season he jsut might be my favorite Raptor.

This was a steal for the Raptors. P.J averaged more points and rebounds then Aldridge. A rebounder that will fit in nicely with the Raptors

PJ isn't as quick as Josh Howard.

I see PJ Tucker as a better shooting Corliss Williamson. An undersized SF/PF tweener who's strength and toughness should help him hang with some of the SF's in the league.

I am not sure about Tucker, I will wait until Summer League or whatever before evaluating a player I haven't seen...

Tucker will be solid. A definate steal. Maybe not "THE" steal of the draft, but he'll surprise many people.

He is defently one of those players that are under the radar because of his size and he plays with better prospects. The reality is his size wont effect him or wont bother him at all. He is tough as a nail and he is just a fighter. Dont be surprised if he ends up being better than Lamarcus Aldridge. Because he was at a collage level.

In the long run I still think Aldridge turns out better, but Tucker is no slouch. But to pick up a guy 35th overall and have him be almost as good or just as good as the #2 pick, steal.

Statistically last season in college they had similar numbers but I don't see Tucker having more points and rebounds than Aldridge in the NBA. If he does that for the Raptors that would be great. However, Tucker has to play even bigger now that he is going to go against bigger guys every night or he has to change his game in some ways. Be interesting to see if he can give the Raptors quality minutes as a second round pick. Give him a couple of years being making a judgement on him. Same goes for their number #1 pick.

Who knows though. Tucker could also be used as trade bait this summer.

I don't see Tucker becoming a better NBA player than Aldridge. Aldridge has more upside potential and it does take bigger players time to develop.

Can't really slot him into one position. Not a full 2 or full 3.
