And Stucky played against how many NCAA tournament teams? 1 maybe 2? Conley did it playing with big time, yet young, players, at a big time school, helping take them to the Finals. I am pretty sure Conley will be better. But Stucky still is a pretty good prospect. He does a lot of things well and should be a solid guard in the NBA.

Conley would help the Hawks out more than anyone besides Oden and Durant. Stucky would be too muck like a poor mans Joe Johnson. Not what they need at all. The problem with the Hawks is that the two players that may help them the most, Conley and Spencer Hawes, are both freshman, and will take time. Conley is going to be a Chris Paul/Raymond Felton level PG, but those guys were more ready for the NBA. Conley will be okay this year, but in one or two years he will break out. Hawes is a true center and will help this become an uptempo team with Marvin Williams, Josh Smith, and Joe Johnson already in the mix. They may very well be the next Warriors. Of course that will be probably 3 or 4 years down the road. Does the front office take losing that long? The real problem with them making the playoffs like the Warriors is that Conley will be like 20 while Baron Davis is like 30. Other than that difference, I think the Hawks this season will be as talented.

I agree but Billy Knight was on the news in Atlanta talking he might trade the picks to get veteran point guard and center and depending on him they will be a bust so I hope he keeps the picks I'm tired of seeing the Hawks lose.

yup....paul can produce offensively, and conely will end up being like bobby hurley or jacque vaughn. great in college, no doubt, but lacks the killer instinct to be productive in the NBA.....pass on him
