Here is my diet:

Breakfast: Cereal or 2 eggs

Lunch: 2 cups of rice with chicken

4pm: cake

8pm: 2 cups of rice with chicken

10pm: fruit platter

just recently i added a glass of milk in the morning and at night hopefully that'll bring me results on the scale

People always ask questons but never provide the details lol.

Age?

Height?

Weight?

to me, gaining weight is easy.... its probably harder for ppl with fast metabolism

-consume protein, calories, and carbsss --- those are the macro nutrients for ur muscles

if you want to gain weight, eat after workouts... if u wanna lose, eat before n rest

gaining weight, u rather eat a few big meals than to eat many small meals

ur dinner meal, consume more salt and calories

and while exercise, max out on a few reps instead of doin like 10 reps of sumthin

This is my diet now.

8am - whey protein shake

10am - 2 toasts whole grain bread with butter

1am - lunch (usually 2 cups of rice with meat)

4pm - afternoon meal (cup noodles since i'm at work nothing else to eat)

8pm - dinner (usually 2 cups of rice with meat and some veggies)

9pm - fruits

11pm - whey protein shake

My breakfast used to be eggs bacon and bread but since i started having the shake i've been too full to eat anything but toast. Any suggestions? Keep in mind i work from 10 to 7 and you can't just eat at work of find a microwave on call. Need something handly like cup noodles or brownies.

Thanks!

I would like to know if it's normal to have your arms quiver everytime you weight lift, because that's what happens to me.

lovetriangle must be a female with that meal schedule she got. haha you trying to lose weight with that.

I just need 15lbs of muscle. Nothing more. I already look good in general and got a kickass frame ...gonna try to get that starting next month. See what I can achieve by September. Changing the diet can be expensive but ehh if you wanna add on weight you gonna have to spend i guess.

A guy who's 75 pounds at 5'10 should be on his death bed... that's ridiculous.
