Default Who Would You Rather Have As A Franchise Player, LeBron Or Nash?

I think this is fitting run-off of hawkerfan's thread, no?

While that Dirk and Kobe comparison was pretty much a no brainer, IMO, this one may be a bit tougher. I know a lot of you will probably pick LeBron for the age difference alone, but if the whole goal is to win a championship and you believe Nash gives you a better chance today, why not pick him?

Alos you have to factor how easy it is to pick role layers that fittingly complement the star player. Some may feel LeBron is the better talent but Nash may be easier to build around.

I don't know...who you got and why did you pick him?

nash is one of my favorite players in the league but lebron easily, he is the kind of player you can use to build from scratch, nash ? not so much.

Wow, that's a really strong statement when you consider that LeBron is dong really well with far less than Nash. Interesting.

LeBron but I'm biased.

I think building around nash would be much easier tho. Shooters and high flyers.

Lebron... Nash makes his role players better, but to build a franchise around just give Lebron a decent player it MJ and Scottie all over again

LeBron, but Nash has gotten better with age. It's kind of a bad comparison seeing as Nash is much later in his career than LeBron.

A more fair question would've been Wade or LeBron?

And my answer to that is Dwyane Wade.

Idk as much as LeBron and Nash like to dribble I'm not sure it would work?

See thats the problem with being right in the middle of the postions. ie. if you have got a great guard you get a good postman. or if you have a great postman you get a good guard. What do you do if you've got a great sf?

Dwyane Wade is leagues ahead of LeBron. The guy actually plays over his hype and doesn't shoot like .20 pct from the field in a game seven.
