That's Doc's awesome coaching. Take out the guy who can't miss.
Yeah. What a horrible coach. When your leading scorer has two fouls in the first quarter, keep him in so then he can foul out by the time the 4th comes.
Doc gets a lot of heat, but if he's getting some for taking out his best player because he in foul trouble, thats not deserved criticism.

You don't take out a player who gets 17 points in 4 minutes just because he has two fouls, sorry.

Yes, you do. Are you telling me your risking your best player fouling out? He's scored that many points because he's the most important celtic, and as so, you don't risk leaving him in and having him foul out when you need him in crunch time. You're an idiot, sorry.

Idiot? You're calling me the idiot? Pierce gets 17 points in under 5 minutes, and just because he has two fouls, you bench him for the next 20 minutes so he goes cold? If you aren't aware, it takes six to foul out, not three. A good coach would have changes Pierce's matchup to a non-slashing type of player so he wouldn't pick up ticky-tack fouls. Not bench him for 20 minutes.

Follow kid? It's logic.
If you're star player has two fouls in under 5 minutes, you take him out. You don't leave him on the bench for the first half, but you HAVE to take him out. It doesn't matter if he gets cold, you don't risk him getting his third in such a short interval of time.
