LOL, I think Charley Rosen hurt Dirk's feelings. The dude is just out of it, his team is down, and he has 4 points on 1-8 shooting, to go along with 5 rebounds.

If Nash ends up winning his 3rd MVP after all, people will look back and say that this is where Dirk imploded during his monster season. These last few games, he has either struggled in the clutch, or been almost completely AWOL. I hope he can at least step up and bring his A game in the 4th tonight.

Josh Howard is the only Mav that is bringing it!

If Dirk can somehow manage to get it going, and score, say 12-15 points from here on out, he can salvage this game. His other numbers are pretty good.

Just when Dallas can take the lead again, Dirk misses on the free throw.

Even if the Mavs lose, it's not like the Suns or Lakers or Cavaliers never had a 3 game losing streak, or either of those players never got into a slump.

They're playing good D on him though. What's happening is either Perk or Jefferson is on him and he's blowing by with relative ease but then the other comes helpside and gets the shotblock or good contest.

Celtics guards have committed literally about 9 travelling violations, Rondo has 4 himself

Look for them to turn it up in the 4th and blow by the Celtics.

I don't know if any one gets more of those all ball swipes calls going against them as a foul more than Harris. Anticipation on the refs part

Dirk gives Dallas the lead, 12 of the last 14 pts

And 1 for Devin Harris! He wasn't able to do that until this season, but that's the exact move I wanted to copy from his potential-upside-player Tony Parker; off the left foot, switch back to the left hand to avoid the shotblocker. If only he could do that last yr in the finals instead of trying to lay it up right handed on the left side and getting blocked by Zo.

LoL at Diop's jumpshot and the Mavs bench reaction

If you're star player has two fouls in under 5 minutes, you take him out. You don't leave him on the bench for the first half, but you HAVE to take him out. It doesn't matter if he gets cold, you don't risk him getting his third in such a short interval of time.

If he was red hot I'd probably leave him in until he picks up his third. If that happens, then you have to bench him for the rest of the half.

Still, it's conventional to take a player out once he picks up his second, so it's not like Doc deserves a ton of criticism.
