Brandon Roy. I think he'll have a pretty good season for the blazers, especially if they send Randolph and Miles packing.

BK picked Childress over Iggy

I don't see how that was a horrible choice. Iguodala isn't any better than Childress.

I know for a fact Roy's #1 choice was portland. He has known martell and nate for years.

Default shelden

Shelden Williams will definitely give atlanta a major boost.

In my opinion they both will have impacts but Roy is such a complete player I have to give it to him. Shelden will only average around 6 points a game in the nba.

If Zaza Pachulia can average 12ppg off scrap points, Williams should be able to.

I was reading in the Columbian (SW Washington) and you know, a lot of people seem to think Roy's depressed about the situation. He basically said, "I'm a winner. It don't matter to me." So, I already like him.

They are two different players.

Zaza and Sheldon should compliment each other well.

I do think Sheldon can be a very good player for what the Hawks need and help provide some muscle and size inside, which is badly needed.

The Hawks could use another reserve big with some height badly.

shelden should start at pf for the hawks, giving them a player who does the dirty work downlow.

although im not sure what will the hawks do with the other 568 wing players they have.

The roster right now is:

PG: Ivy, Stoudamire
SG: Johnson, Childress.
SF: J. Smith, Jones, D. Smith
PF: Marvin Williams, Sheldon Williams
C: Pachulia, Edwards

How Harrington fits into this remains to be seen.

Definitely Williams. He fits right in to our biggest need, and is probably the most NBA-ready player coming out because of his body and 4 years of experience.

Also, Roy for us would have been horrible. He's awesome, but he can't play the point any more than JJ. I would have loved Foye, but not Roy. Either way Shelden will do very well. I expect him to be in the top 3 candidates for R.O.Y.

Now the pressure is on BK to find us a real PG this summer

Part of me is wanting to say Brandon Roy (assuming Miles is traded), but there is something deep inside that makes me think that Shelden Williams will finally validate an Atlanta Hawks lottery pick.

Shelden Williams.

Did Tyronne Lue die? If not he's starting at point...until we pick up Mike James.
