Default Marco Belinelli... Steal of this years draft???

Dude plays for Italy. When i was there during the World BAsketball Championships thats all the Italians talked about when asked about Italian Bball(well BArgnani too).

He actually plays like Manu with a little better jumpshot. They have him being drafted 15-20. The lakers better nab this guy because he will be a star...check out these clips.

He played in Euroleague since 17 and has been the go to guy on a really good. He is 21 now and I would take him over any1 not named Durant or Oden(maybe a couple others).

just remember this when he turns into a star

Never even heard of him until just now. He seems to be quite talented. What position does he play?

He's a shooting guard.

I've been a big fan of his game. I've been following him, Roko Ukic and Fernandez and Marco definately looks the best by far. His shot is the best and he is very athletic, although so are the other 2.

ARoc, since you mentioned that you've been following him, what's the deal with Ukic, is he actually good or is he a case of a young player with 'potential?'

Well he's a backup point guard for Barcelona and he hasn't been getting much playing time. They are are good team though, but he is 23 this year so it's probably about time he gets consistent playing time.

I think they should bring him over next year and put him in the D-league or something. The guy obviously has talent, maybe he should be given a chance to develop it.

Belinelli has a world of potential. He is quite talented and someone will get a good hardnosed player. Not scared of contact. Good pick up for anyone around the 15-20 area.

What do Toronto fans think of trading up to draft him to pair with Andrea, the Magician? Is his magic strong enough to grant the wishes of those whom life has departed? As a genie would never deem fit, I require re-issuance of my life-form, to deal with regret, to deal with sorrow, to seek revenge. I had it all, and lost so much. This is the cry of a man in pain, a spirit lost. There is comfort in death, but it is not all rosebeds or Rose Gardens, just as not all yatchs are friendly and not all siblings are seaworthy.

From what I've seen, Belinelli will be a pure shooter in the NBA--he doesn't have the creativity or skills that allow Ginobili to create offense for self and teammates. I think Belinelli is athletic enough to have a good career, but with the strength of this draft, #15 is really pushing it.

For a comp...I don't know, a skinny DeShawn Stevenson? there aren't a lot of off-the-ball specialists at his position anymore.

He looks pretty creativie to me and he is already better than DeShawn Stevenson. They have nothing in common. I see maybe 8 players that I would select ahead of him. But i hope your right so maybe the Lakers can snag him and play him with Kobe.

Either Kwaj or Adamcz. I'd say 50% chance it's Kwaj, 40% it's Adamcz, 8% Ced and 2% it's you (saKf).

Sure, in highlights against weak competition. In the world championships, it was a different story, and I would expect the story to change even more when he hits the NBA.

Oh, and don't hate on Stevenson, either. He's starting to turn himself into a decent player.

I've actually never had a gimmick account.

I feel kind of left out.

Maybe I'll spend some time thinking about it today and come up with a good idea.

I watched him every game in the World Basketball Classic because I was in Italy at the time and those are the only games they had on regular tv. He looks creative going to the basket to me. He looked creative when he dropped 27 on the USA team and was shaking up every1 on the squad.
