Default Isiah drafted DEFENSE!!!!

Balkman was drafted too high, but I think I see what Isiah was trying to do....he's drafting defensive, hustle players......both Balkman and Collins are good defensive players.....my only problem is that I think you could have taken P.J. Tucker if you wanted that type of a player or maybe just draft Marcus Williams and trade him later......oh well we will see......yo KO King what u think of the draft dude?

i was watchin balkmans last game when he played in the n.i.t he had like 7 blocks and he was just shutting down the paint. what he brings to the knicks is exactly what they need.

yeah i agree with the pick 100% but not so where they took him. if what isiah says is true about phoenix wanting balkman at either 21 or 27 than i guess that is a good pick. but since we had the oppurtunity to pick marcus williams at 20 and passed up on it just to take another pg at 29 seemed weird to me. but mardy can guard the 1,2,3 positions if mismatches occur and he has a great iq with a pass first mentality. needs to work on his shooting a little more but he can play. marcus williams doesnt play all that much defense and that is what isiah picked in this draft.

Yes Balkman was a start on the right track as far as intentions to become a Hustle/Defensive Team (Vintage Knicks). But he was still drafted waaaaaaaaaay too high. Im still upset that they didnt grab the best available player. It's very unusual that a player of marcus williams' ability and potential to be available that late. Regardless, lets see what the knicks do. And all this **** that he's the best defender on the team...let the man play a game first. Sheesh! Over anxious MOFOs.
