Default I need help gaining weight for basketball

Im trying to gain weight, i am 140 pounds. In the tenth grade and next year i am transfereing to a new school and i am goin to be on varsity can someone tell me a eating scedule or something to gain weight.

i assume you play guard? I dont know what to do but provide your height too.

Lunch and Dinner are the same. I GARUENTEE you will see a difference in you're weight if you do this till bball season.

Best thing to do would be to say what height you are, And post your current diet up. Lets make small ajustments first.

I am 5'8

My meal scedule

When i wake up Take a gummy vitamin

8 o clock:

3 strips of bacon, eggs, toast, and 1 waffle, and milk

Lunch:

Eat wahtever it is a school

Dinner

The meal of the day

Before i go to sleep another vitamin
Can u help me adjust it.

Well your diet sounds ok and since your a nice weight we will keep it like that. Now to gain some size i think you should first buy some whey protein powder and have one in the middle of breakfast and lunch and one again in the middle of lunch and dinner. Before bed also have some milk or cottage cheese or anything like deli meat. You only want small changes at first so i wont go into changing anything only adding and also start hitting the gym. Do u do weights?
