DatzNasty, the housing cost in Texas is VERY VERY cheap. a $200,000 house in Texas would be close to $600,000-700,000 in LA or NY. San Antonio is very inexpensive. Dallas and Houston is more expensive.
you dont need a program to find players addresses. all you need is a little knowledge of the internet and to find your counties appraisal website. then put the address in google earth or google maps and thats it.
BullsFan, Texas is very dry, especially San Antonio so our grass here is always pretty dead. alot of times we have droughts so we are put on water restrictions where we can only water our lawns on tuesdays. Houston is close to the coast and they get more rain so its a little more green there.
I live in the dallas suburbs, and our house is about $240,000. It has a 3 car garage, 4 bedrooms, study hall, 2 living rooms, 4 bathrooms.

Suburbs in both Dallas and Houston have some cheap housing.

That's cheaper than I expected. I want to move to TX, Ca, or Florida when I graduate but it's looking like TX is the most affordable.
I live in a Lawton, Oklahoma suburb and our house is 3500 sq ft on 2/3 acre corner lot, 6 bedrooms (one converted to an office, one a formal living room w french doors), 3.5 bathrooms, 4 car garage, and an enclosed patio) and my dad only paid about 275,000$ for it because he got it when the neighborhood was developing but the same house would go for easily over 2 mil in California. In fact, I was reading on the plane flying out there about how many corporations in Cali don't even recruit out of state because it's such a culture shock to people when they come there from whereever and see the real estate price.
And yea, I don't get the purpose of having more than one ginormous home in the same city.
LeBron James' mansion-in-the-works in suburban Cleveland reportedly encompasses 35,440 square feet, including a bowling alley, a two-story master closet and a barber shop. And four bedrooms for the barber-shop quartet, no doubt. ...
