Default What was that?

Francis dribbled around in a big circle than falls down holding one leg than the other.

What was that?

That was the most bizarre thing I have ever seen on a basketball court.

I do not understand what you mean.

Are you trying to say I have a bashing agenda.

I have no agenda other than to provide something to discuss on this forum also to express my personal feelings, observations and thoughts about the Knicks.

I observe and make comments.

Some comments are scientific and some are how I feel.

I was making an observation.

I did not understand what happened.

If you want to make something personal please contact me directly and I will talk with you man to man.

Do not do it here.

To me it wasn't bizarre. It was typical Knicks offensive play rotation. They all stand still hoping for the guy with the ball to make something happen. That's why he went around in a circle. You have to help the guy with the ball get the ball to you. That happens every game. It's just that it usually ends up in a turnover or a chucked three in the air or a circus shot.

Oh come on, you were bashing... most bizarre?
And i don't have no personal problems it's just it's tiresome, the Knicks were the second worst team last year, with a hall of fame type of coach, please don't forget that and give some credit to the players, they got injuries, suspensions, the team crowd completely against them at the season start, and weren't mentally prepared to cope with the pressure of fighting for a playoff spot... i'm not ashamed of this team

And Francis were playing well until the injury, and that move it's something that i always thought why point guards don't do it more times, but just dribbling more and trying to find a good line of pass... because if a player passes dribbling by you, you have the tendecy of put your eyes on him and forget who you are marking...

How could you tell anybody what they were doing when they say that was not what they were doing, who are you?

How would you know what goes on in someone else's mind.

I say what I mean.

If you find it tiresome, don't read my posts, it's that simple.

If I want to bash Francis I will do it directly, not in round about ways.

I asked you not to make this an issue publicly but you disrespected me again by not co-operating with me and doing exactly what I asked you not to do.

Don't try and bait me into some type of confrontation I will not fall into that trap.

Please just drop it and respect me, I will respect you. Take it for face value there is no agenda in my posts. If I want to bash someone I will do it overtly, in your face hardcore bashing. For example: Francis sucks and is an embarrassment to basketball.

I will never bash a member and if I have a problem with anybodies post I will contact them privately. I have no problem with anybodies opinion, it's their opinion and they are entitled to it. I was not put on this planet to judge other people.

I not only hate Francis but I hate Collins as well. Nate is a joke that chucks three point shots and eventually will make them. I'm so tired of these players. Keep the guys that play hard. Don't waste your time developing players that you know will suck hard. Let's put a better team together next year. This years lineup was just sad. Cato and James have no excuse for how bad they are at everything.

The Knicks are 31-42.. They do suck. They don't play defense on a nighly basis. Good teams do.

They don't play team ball which evident by their turnovers and assists. They do suck.

But back to the thread...Francis wants to play. Ok, then go out and play like a PG. Francis clearly is not our worst player, but he does make insanely stupid plays out there, especially for a talented vet.

Are Knicks exempt to bashing?

Lets see...

Do they play as a team?
Do they believe defense wins games?
Did they have a winning record BEFORE the rash of injuries?
Do they know how to close out games?
If you can't say yes to any of the above, then the answer is a resounding, NO!!!!!!!!

But they are in the hunt for the NBA Playoffs.

I don't know what games you must be watching, because the Knicks have been sharing the ball over the last few games and they have been playing defense. The turnovers happen because they try to do too much. 25 turnovers against the Mavs and they lost by two?

They do believe that DEFENSE wins games!

A record that bad never had a chance to make the playoffs back in the day, and if they believed that defense wins games, the players would try and play some. Sharing the ball would result in maybe 25 assists not 25 turnovers, IMO.

Free throws have killed us all year. It comes from not being focused. While free throws are a skill, players back in the day would have a better percentage. Its a pride issue.
But the Knicks do suck. Watch the games, reviewed the lines. Look at where they stand and look who they have to play these last few games. It would be homerish to say that they have made significant improvement.

Teams that play defense don't go on bad stretches like this in a playoff run.
