he dunked on nash. but he didn't really dunk on amare. he was so late for the coverage. amare was already shifting to the opposite side before reversing position. he was not even in the vicinity when andris drove in. nash, on the other hand, stood right there in the middle waiting to get creamed. but like a 6'3" guy with no hops could had stopped a flying 7-footer...
Wow, the speed Nash. The way he just zipped to the spot was amazing.
Nice dunk Biedrins Ohh, and I loved it when Biedrins just ran away from Kurt Thomas to avoid the "Hack-A-Biedrins"
That was a pretty nice dunk, but yeah, when he was running away from Kurt I was cracking up. Marv, Reggie, and Steve all telling him to run into the locker room.
From the first couple times I saw him (two or three games his rookie year), he's always been a player that has a nose for the ball. He just somehow always ends up where the ball is. This amounts to lots of rebounds and blocked shots, as reflected in his stats.
Even though he is still very raw offensively, his defensive game is starting to improve. He just need to put some muscle in his frame and this kid could probably be a legit:
nash takes a ton of charges, so unfortunately that happens sometimes. does it count as dunking on someone if they don't even put their arms up or jump? as far as amare goes, he wasn't anywhere near the play and jumped from the other side of the block. that dunk was neither on amare or nash.
GS has one of the best crowds in basketball IMO. They are always into it even though they haven't had a playoff team since what...'94? I just love their reactions to plays, both from their own team, and the opposition. Always one of my favorite places for the Suns to play.
