I agree with prime here. Hopefully NFL makes changes so we don't ever see this happen again.

Carolina should win, but I really don't trust the Panthers. They're the Clemson of the NFL.

Once everyone jumps on their bandwagon, even for a game, like today, they shit the bed.

Question to all the pro reformatters.

If Carolina is so unworthy of playoff, yet their favored, everyone thinks they're gonna win, then what next, nit pick Arizona and not let them in the playoffs? Because they got their third string Qb? Do you want to just pick playoff teams based on fantasy football stats??

OVERALL the afc south is basically just as bad as the nfc south.

Colts shouldn't get a home game? Because they get 4 gimme games a year against titans and jags??

lol wtf you talking about dude? arizona won 4 more games than the panthers did.... arizona earned a playoff spot, the panthers did not.

also the only reason carolina is favored is because arizonas entire team is injured

Lol. Exactly.

Carolina won their division.

The point is nit picking.

If this system is wrong , why are they favored?

If their so unworthy, then ariZona is even that more unworthy Cus they're 6 point underdogs , right?

Carolina won division. And are favored against a wild card team.

Isn't that how it should be?

What's the solution then because divisons become meaningless if you don't let carolina in.

It looks over for the Cardinals, what a shame, this team started 9-1 and was by far the best team in the league 10 games into the regular season.

Why do clowns like you talk football? I picked carolina but to make this post is dumb. Meanwhile cards on 1st and goal 2yd line. But it's over according to you. Moron

Edit: it's now 10-7 nitwit

The solution is what I suggested...

If the division winner is sub .500 then that division gets no playoff team and a 3rd wild card team is created.

For the most part the divisions stay in tact and the rule only kicks in when the rare situation that a division is so awful they are all below .500

So carolina doesn't tie and they are 8-8 then they deserve to be in? Is a 1 game difference that big of a deal especially when carolina tied. Neither won nor lost.

Are you aware afc south division as a whole has basically same winning percentage overall as nfc south?

The DIVISION. afc south is just as terrible. Replace Carolina with texans in afc south, what is their record?

It will never change.

Get over it.

Right they would still suck at 8-8 but at least it would prevent 7-9 teams or even 6-10 teams from getting in the playoffs.
