Dorial Green-Beckham measured in at 6-foot-5, 237-pounds

Calvin measured in at 6-5 236

I bet Dorial wrecks the combine...

DGB is going to destroy the combine and get drafted in the top 10. Hope the guy has gotten his shit together, talk about a train wreck college career.

He should have stayed in college one more year after missing all of last season. One year at Oklahoma in the spoltlight would have boosted him to potential number 1 pick. idk, there are too many question marks around him, a player getting kicked out of college is never a good sign.......

With the off the field stuff being a bigger issue (thus a bigger spotlight) than it ever has been in the NFL, it will be interesting to see how much it affects drafting for guys like Winston and DGB. Especially for DGB where there's no good to look at on the field. It's all about the combine for him.

DGB with a 4.49 in the 40

In what way? He ran similar or better than a lot of big receivers in the league: Dez, Alshon, Marshall, Benjamin, Evans, Jordy....

I don't know any tight ends other than Vernon Davis running sub 4.5. Guys were wanting Calvin Johnson numbers but 4.49 at his size is very good.

Mariota with a 4.52.

Kaepernick at 4.53 and Wilson 4.55 for comparison. They show Chip with his binoculars every time Mariota sneezes.

Kevin White with a 4.35... Might have taken over Cooper as the #1 WR in the draft

Why is the 40 so valued?

It's so mechanical and has nothing to do with football. These guys basically just take 2 months learning how to run like a track star in their underwear.

Spending 5 weeks of that time learning how to get out of your break and run the first 10 yards.

And then they never use that running technique again.

I'm all for Kevin White and Amari Cooper. A 40 shouldn't be the deciding factor IMO
