Patriots are the only team without morals that will sign anyone, and do anything necessary to win. Anything.
But I'd love the Broncos to pick him up.
The "do anything" Pats haven't actually been caught doing anything beyond videotaping from a disallowed part of the stadium and playing with football air pressure.
Anyhow if Ray Rice was a better player the Pats would absolutely sign him but that's true of everyone. The league did not suddenly grow a conscience they just got smacked down with the new reality that domestic violence is not as tolerated. I'd bet that every team in the league has brought in a player that hit his girl at some point. Maybe if we limit it to the last decade it would only be half. Rice is a pariah now because of the video but if by contrast Adrian Peterson actually got released by the Vikings teams would be lining up around the corner. The fact that he has not been released shows what teams really value. I don't think anyone is standing on the moral high ground.
Realmenweargreen- I'm not mad at the fact that they will do anything and sign anyone in order to win, I wish the broncos would do that.
Like when the Steelers cut legarette for smoking blounts and then the next day the Pats signed him. I'm just saying, they don't care who you are or what you did, if u can help them win they will sign you, I like that. A lot of teams are worried about morals and sh1t but the Pats obviously aren't. I'm not bothered by that, it's just the way i see it. Not a bad thing really.
Broncos are for sure going to sign him to a big deal. If not this year, than next year. Julius Thomas is going to walk, and if he does, I hope he doesnt sign with the seahawks, I have a feeling he would kill it there.
