I love Jewish jokes........I'm Jewish.
I love all jokes.....they are jokes.....no matter how offensive.
I grew in Brooklyn and nothing was sacred.....not even your mother.
But as Imus found out, in our society we are hyper-sensitive to words.
We must now be politically correct and not use offensives words.
Will it make us better as people and as a society, I hope so?
I don't know what happened to the old saying "sticks and stones will break my bones, but names will never harm me"?
I guess now they do, we have turned into a thin skinned society.
I hope it all pays off and we all become better people for it.
But to all remember that what you say is just as important as what you do and now maybe even more so.
So as my PC slowly dies I will leave these words with all:
Be careful before you post and try not to offend anybody. Let's just keep talking about the Knicks and the Knicks only. There is a lot to talk about and our future looks great.
Eddy is hitting jump shots, Collins is playing better and they are part of the future.
Next season hopefully we will be better and not have to see the likes of Jerome "anybody got a cheeseburger" James and Stevie " control, what's control" Francis.
I should have my PC back Monday.
