OT: Felix hernandez is DEALIN!
All the hype for dice k is nice but king felix is showing off so far. No hitter through 5 against the red sox. no balls too the outfield yet.

Taylor Bulcholtz or however you spell his name almost threw a one hitter until on the last out Bruntlett got an error. What I am saying is I really don't care for updates that are meaningless bc going five with a no hitter does not say much about a pitcher unless he does it often.

hes got arguably the best stuff in baseball. he gave up 3 hits in 8 innings and struck out 12 in his first start. the guy is amazing. but yeah 1 or 2 starts isnt enough to take too much from.
edit-so far through his first 14 innings this season hes at 14 ip, 3 hits given up 16 Ks 0r 0er 4 walks. great start.

If he can avoid injuries (and it seems like no starting pitcher can anymore) then he's headed for a Hall of Fame career. Seriously, you can call that into just his 3rd season. He's only 21, has incredible stuff and will pitch most of his game in a pitcher's park. Now if only Seattle could make some smart free agents signings...
