Suns, Mavs, Clippers, and Spurs are the contenders out west. IMO the WC Championship is up for grabs between those 4 teams... I obviouse hope for the Clippers.

@Memphis over the Kings. Seriously I don't even know why you guys think Memphis is going to be that good. They have only made one move and that's Gay for Battier which won't even help them that much YET. Are you guys forgetting that Gay is a rookie? The rest of that team HASN'T EVEN WON A PLAYOFF GAME YET and they lost one of their PGs. Damon's knee won't be the same again and their other PG is Chucky Atkins. Laker/Wiz fans used to call him Sucky Atkins. Now they lose Bobby and Battier for a couple rookies. Sorry I just don't see how they're somehow like the 4th best team in the west.

IMO they could. I'm not going to predict that they actually will but it wouldn't surprise me. There is a lot of talent on that team and now they got an unselfish uptempo PG.

IMO the 8th seed is up for grabs between Memphis, Sacramento, Utah, and New Orleans. Any one of those teams can make the 8th seed.
I think the Grizzlies are better. They have a better coach, more talent. They can always shop for a point guard. And you don't think Jerry West will make sure he has his point guard?
