ROBERT MACLEOD

The Toronto Raptors will be changing their minor-league affiliation from the Arkansas RimRockers to the Colorado 14ers for the coming season, the National Basketball Association club has announced. The change was deemed necessary after the NBA Development League welcomed four new teams into the fold -- the league now has 12 teams, including the expansion 14ers, who will play out of the new 6,000-seat Broomfield Event Center in Broomfield, Colo.
