Magic don't have the bench or anything it takes to hang with Detroit. Battie vs Webber, Dwight vs Sheed, Hedo vs Tayshaun, Hill vs Hamilton and Jameer vs Billups.
I can't see what matchup the Magic have them beat besides the Howard vs Sheed and even that Howards going to have problems on sheed.
Orlandos Bench is going to have Darko, Ariza, Dooling, Bogans an Redick. They need to give Deiner some minutes, Yes Travis.
Detroits Bench With McDysse, Delfino, Murray, Hunter and Maxielle will get at Orlando any day of the week.
You are all underrating the Orlando Magic. They are a better team than most people think, and they have played really well recently. Having said that, they are unfortunately playing the Detroit Pistons. I think this series will go either 5 or 6 games, with Detroit winning.

Agreed.
It's a shame they just missed the #7 seed.
They would have given Cleveland fits inside & out. Plus, I believe Cleveland is an even worse free throw shooting team than the Magic.
But back to the Detroit series, Orlando rarely gets blown out in games so it's foolish to think of them as an easy out imo. They just lack that fourth quarter closer right now to put them over the top when the offense slows down. They're usually in every single game they play going into the 4th quarter.

thankyou.
i completely agree. this is a team that has won 4 straight coming into this game, and all of our players have been amazing.
I think it just comes down to consistency, if Hedo Jameer and Grant play great games. We can really turn some heads.
It was not long ago we versed the Pistons, and we came up just 2 points short. I think it'll be a good series, but the more experienced Pistons will take this in 5 or 6 games.
Detroit plays to the level of their competition, so this series will extend to 6 games. I don't think anyone on Detroit can contain Dwight Howard. The big man will go off. Also, I expect the Pistons to come out a big sluggishly. I don't think the Magic properly motivate this team, and it's clear that they need good competition to play at their best. Look at some of their losses this year.
