1 - Are we ever going to see Okur in this series? He played better defense in
game 2, but where is his shot? Is gaurding Yao taking it from him?
2 - Boozer can now be considered Utah's go to guy. I don't want to see
one person say they don't have one, or use that as an excuse if
they lose this series.
3 - Battier is the reason Kirelinko is playing worse than his ****ty season.
They are practically the same player, Kirelinko has a little better court
vision but Battier is physically and mentally better.
4 - Someone suggested playing Kirelinko at the four off the bench.
Why not?, Millsap would be much more productive starting at small
forward against Battier. Harpring, Girecek, and Kirelinko playing as
a second unit would be tough for Houston.
5 - Neither team is anywhere near contender level.
6 - Yao and McGrady were a little too confident right after game 2.
Not saying they were cocky or said anything wrong, just noticed that
look in their eyes in interviews.
7 - Expect twice as many free throws for Utah in game 3 and game 4.
8 - This coffee tastes really good.
9 - Still haven't seen either team play a complete game.
A few random thoughts. Congrats to Rockets for game 2. Based on history it looks like the Jazz are done, but come on, this series isn't over. I think we will be in Houston for game 5 tied two games a piece. If either Okur or Kirelinko had had even a 10 point game in Houston Jazz would have won both those games. I know woulda, coulda, shoulda. But Utah hasn't been blown out of either of these games, and the Rockets certainly haven't dominated them.
