actually i seen games with Darko in Orlando, i thought he actually was a pretty damn good player, especially on defense because of his excellent quick feet. Many of the euros have a problem on defense because most of them have slow feet. Bargnani looks like he will have above average ft, but not blazing quick ft, so i say he will be a below average defender but not as horrible as some (like eddy curry)
Bargnani's solid mechanics and sheers size should prevent him from flopping. I'm not saying he's Christ returned to earth in a raps jersey or anything, but he has proven himself at an elite level that's at least as competitive as college ball, plus he's practiced an played more than any college kid his age. He'll be good, i'm just not sure how good.
Then your an idiot, if your just those players fan and not the teams then why does it mater what team they are on?
Because I don't like how they traded Charlie V after only 1 season instead of keeping him and drafting someone other than Bargnani, idiot. I'd keep Charlie V and take a more conservative stance drafting someone else at other positions, because I'd have seen what Charlie V can do while I wouldn't be sure about Bargnani. Charlie V's a special player at his height, one of the few big men who possesses that kind of athleticism and those kind of players don't come often, moron.
I don't think Bargnani will be a flop. After seeing some highlights, I think he'll be a solid player his first year, and once he adds some muscle he'll be even better. My predictions for his rookie year numers are 14 PPG, 7 RBG and 1 BPG. I'm going to have faith in Colangelo on this one, since he built my favourite Suns franchise.
