With the starting pitchers they're running out there right now, they won't be there in October without him

This is gonna end so badly for ARod.

The guys a loser, he's not a winner.

He'll go down as one of the best of all time, but all his stats will have come from 1/3rd of each season. He doesn't do anything at the end but cry.

No way.

Games in April don't really matter. I mean the Yankees and ARod are fools for trying to win these games rather than save up all their energy for September when it really matters and October (if you win every single September game). In September you get credited with 2 wins for every 1 unlike in April.

The same things were said about Peyton Manning before the Colts won a championship.

They said he was only a regular season quarterback. They said he couldn't do it in the playoffs, they said he was a born loser. I'm pretty sure I read a few posts from you talking about that very thing on Peyton Manning.

Things change. I won't perceive Arod as a better player if he wins a championship this year. Just like I don't perceive Peyton as a better player after he's a champion.

All it does is make the naysayers come up with something else to b!itch about.

Like...

Peyton - 'He has great receivers"

ARod - "He plays for the Yankees, the team that buys championships. About time he has a ring."

The hating was/is stupid in both cases since football and baseball are such team sports. I can see this sort of rationale in basketball (although often times it's still unfair) since you're picking out 1 player out of maybe 9, but not in baseball.

im a rangers fan so i watched him on a daily basis for the time he was here. the guy does everything right and says everything right and thats why he gets hat=ed which is just moronic to me. yeah those ranger teams may have sucked but he was still the best player in baseball at the time. one player in baseball just cant win a game on their own(though an nl pitcher can come close)

True. And Peyton Manning was a born loser up until he won that ring.

Same goes for A-Rod.

He's nothing but a born loser until he can come through in the post season. Even one series, he just has to come through.

ARod right now is nothing but a born loser.
