I don't see why everyone thinks they need a jump program to jump higher. In my opinion they are a waste of money, and they aren't needed. Work on your jump shot, dribble, and jumping when your at the court. If you are really serious about vertical, just go to a trainer and ask for some vertical exercises and just keep jumping. Its that simple. Although some people are just born they cant jump.

if you want a vertical jump program, buy kelly baggets vertical jump bible- ive got it and it works well, and contains alot of info and tells you why what youre doing increases your vertical.

my advice: wait a few years till you stop growing; then start a jump program. as you grow, you'll increase your vertical naturally just by playing ball.

5'2 is not so tall a height, wait until you stop growing taller completely. you don't need to have hops or dunk to make a high school basketball team.

I don't care if you are 2 years old or 25 years old if you are 5'2" you ARE NOT GOING TO DUNK. If you are close to the rim you aren't even close to dunking. So please wait tell you are 17 before you try that crap even then i almost garrentue that you won't be able to dunk. It is completely overrated.

Dude, you are 5'2. Take it from a 6'0 dunker. I had to work really hard (no jump program needed) to be able to dunk. Its not even worth all the work and effort at your height and age to even work on dunking. Work on your jump shot even more. You cant tell me its good enough as it is. If everyone thought that way, Kobe wouldn't be as good as he is today. If its good, make it great.

I bet Kobe would tell you he has some things to work on. Every NBA player works on ussually one specific thing to up there game every off-season.

Trust me, you don't need hops to make the squad. Work on your leg and arm strength, your J, and your ball handling all summer. If you get it down packed, you should make it. You don't need to be able to dunk to be a star. I suck at jumping for dunks, and I'm a pretty good player.
