First Round Mock Draft By the KING of College Ball.

My opinion and who I think they might actually pick mixed together. If you don't see a player you thought would be in the first round, maybe I don't believe they'll enter this year so just ask first.

I'll give some explanations later cause I'm too lazy right now.

1. Memphis- Greg Oden C
2. Boston- Kevin Durant SF
3. Milwaukee- Julian Wright SF
4. Phoenix- Joakim Noah PF
5. Seattle- Brandan Wright PF
6. Portland- Spencer Hawes C
7. Minnesota- Al Horford C
8. Charlotte- Yi Jianlian PF
9. Chicago- Roy Hibbert C (way too high, but I swear they take a big man).
10. Sacramento- Josh McRoberts PF (way underrated right now).
11. Atlanta- Mike Conley Jr. PG
12. Philadelphia- Tiago Splitter C (last highly touted big man and they can get a nice guard later).
13. New Orleans- Nick Young SG
14. LAC- Acie Law PG/SG
15. Detroit- Nicolas Batum SF
16. Washington- Marcus Williams SF
17. New Jersey- Corey Brewer SF
18. Golden State- Al Thornton SF
19. LAL- Jeff Green
20. Miami- Jason Smith PF
21. Philadelphia- Marco Belinelli SG (STEAL).
22. Charlotte- Rudy Fernandez SG (STEAL).
23. New York- Brandon Rush SG
24. Phoenix- Rodney Stuckey PG/SG
25. Utah- Morris Almond SF
26. Houston- Daequan Cook SG
27. Detroit- Nick Fazekas PF
28. San Antonio- Jared Dudley SF (a little high, but fits their style).
29. Phoenix- Arron Afflalo SG (too high, but another potential shooter).
30. Philadelphia- Aaron Gray (guard spots are set I believe...might as well try him cause he does have some skill...maybe should go higher actually).

So what do you hate...cause I know that's the first thing you fools look for.

Terrible pick for Milwaukee IMO.

I doubt the Kings would draft a big man that is unathletic, can't block shots consistently, has a shaky inside game, not tall, soft, Band not a good rebounder.

Between Kenny thomas and BM52, we have all those qualities under control.

I know very little. I'm just going off of nbadraft.net.

May struggle with mobility should he add more weight, so playing weight could be a dilemna .

his lack of foot speed maeans he is stuck solely at the pf position

May need to work on his leg strength as he doesn’t deny post position very well

His foot speed and athleticism wont stand out on the next level

He might be athletic, you obviously watch more college ball than me.

But the Kings don't need another guy who relies a lot on his face up game rather than back to the basket game in the post.

He sounds like a more athletic Brad Miller to me.

He might not be a bad pick if the King want to build around big guys like him and williams. But I bet the Kings roll the dice and try to find a superstar swingman.

You know what your talking about, so give a quick synopsis of his game and potential

McRoberts is athletic, in fact that's probably a big positive in his game for translating to the NBA. He had a limited offensive game this year and it sure seemed like to me that most of his points were due to his athleticism.

Nbadraft.net probably looks at his pic thinks: "well he's white, lack of athleticism must be an issue".


Still Julian Wright over Brandan Wright and Al Horford, I need an explanation over that one. Horford might be a slight "need over talent" pick but to me Julian Wright isn't that far ahead in potential to take him here. Brandan Wright has everything over Julian for the Bucks, IMO better potential, better fit, everything. Of course I personally don't see Charlie Villanueva as an adequate starter on that team as it is already too soft and weak defensively.

Josh McRoberts wasnt the offensive stud many wanted/waited for. But if you check his all around game from passing, rebounding, blocking shots he was as solid as you can get. I like him. Hope Sixers land him and Mike Conley Jr.

hippos your draft for the Sixers sux. I dont want Tiago...plus doesnt he have some drama with the team he plays for making it tough to buy him out? Then another damn with the 2nd pick? Overkill.

Once again someone does mock draft and Hasheem Thabeet is not on it.

All pro teams say the same thing they all want him to stay in college another year or 2 but he's gona be hard to pass since well he put his name in. no lower then 20 for this guy.

Seems like Green is going a lot lower than the occasional draft "expert" I check out has him

I state that the players not on the list haven't declared....and yet people still bring it up.

Oh and I hate Green just as much as I hate Durant. HATE THEM.

But I really love Noah, McRoberts and Young.

And Gobb, you'll be lucky to get those guys. I haven't been too high on Splitter, but he's been on a tear as of late from what I hear. If anyone is the next Ginobili, it's Belinelli.

I don't think I want Fazekas on the Pistons, but I dont really watch enough college ball to really argue it. No good 2/3? Not affalo though. what about tucker? I know everybody is down on him but I like his game.
