can anyone recommend any good movies that are in the theatre? i saw that Disturbia is number one at the box office this week, has anyone seen it?

I liked shooter but it's not worth seeing when there's so much better **** out there that should be higher on the priority list, in order:

Grindhouse
Hot Fuzz
The Hoax

and

if you have an indie theater near you I highly reccommend The Namesake.

I thought Hot Fuzz would be awesome because I loved Shaun of the Dead so much, but after watching 45 minutes or so, I just stopped watching. Boring and the British humor in the flick was just weird.

The movie that you should definetly see is Spiderman 3, thats coming out not this friday but next friday. I cant wait cause I saw the first 2 and the 3rd one looks better then both.

Yeah, The Namesake is very good. Saw the flick, reading the book now.

TMNT (the animation is something in itself)

Fracture, with Anthony Hopkins and Ryan Gosling looks pretty good as well.

If the David Lynch film, Inland Empire, is in y'alls city. Go see it.

Year of the Dog, with Molly Shannon, comes out next week. Saw it last night. It was ok.
