Suns training camp report
The Suns could have installed a few extra sets, run a few more sprints and put up even more shots during this week’s training camp but that is not what the trip north was all about.
The Suns put in work in the offseason to improve their team chemistry by retooling the roster, giving it more of a veteran feel with more of a balanced look with well-defined roles. That chemistry work continued in Flagstaff, where the team skipped a day of practices Thursday to train for more than two hours with Navy SEALS and where camp closed Saturday morning with a light practice that was more about including the players’ and staffers’ families who had joined them Friday.
