Here are the rules: Each team starts off with 5 points each. You can only use 1 + and 1 - per vote. You put a + for the team you want to stay and a - for the team you want to be booted.
YOU CAN ONLY VOTE ONCE EVERY 1 HOUR, that way it will not take a whole 3 months to end. Also when you vote you need to copy the list of teams of the previous post and update the list in your post with the votes you have made. Keep this thread bumped quite often and make sure you update the list in your post.
