how are these lies? It's not hard. I play soccer so i was always in shape. Then i quit club soccer and stopped running as much.
I was never really tired after running them and you just have to know how to pace yourself and take longer strides. You can take longer strides and it wont take as much out of you.
You guys are pretty slow, I run 35 miles a day and AVERAGE 4 minutes per mile. My best 1 mile time is 1 minute and 47 seconds.

In England we run the 1500 metres which is about 100 metres less than a mile. I can run the 1500 in about 6:00 - 7:00 minutes.

I took time off since BBall season and now im around the 6:20 mark, Running 1 mile three times a week, it seems to go down pretty quickly I should be around 5:45-5:50 June 1st
Right now I am with Primetime if the mile was on a major street and I was allowed to stop at the pubs it qould take me a long time. but top time was 6 minute mark. Now I would guess 8 - 9 minutes,
