Bo Jackson is the only athelete ever who could have been the Greatest Of All Time in two different sports.

If Bo only played Football and dind't get injured he would have ran for 2000 plus yards in back to back seasons maybe even three in a row. As it stads now he is already the all time rush yards per carry leader.

If Bo only played Baseball and din't get injured he could have pulled of the 40/40 feat three times in a row and possibly 5 times in his career. He already had one of the greatest throwing arms in history. All he has to do is raise his batting average and we are talking GOAT territory.

Bo Jackson is probably the physically strongest world class sprinter ever. Bo could run just as fast as Deion but could probably squat and bench nearly twice as much.

Bo's ability.

GOAT Football
1-10 Baseball with the ability to be the GOAT if he could raise his batting average. Dedication to only Baseball and training could have made this possible.
Gold Medal Track Athelete while being physically stronger then all the competition.

Deion was a better football player....sorry

Bo was a great runner and all but Deion shut down an entire side of the feild and is regarded as the greatest cover corner in the history of the game....he also played both sides of the feild as well as special teams....argueably the greatest punt returner of all time...He won two super bowls with two different teams

Bo was a great runner and that was it

Deion was more athletic over all....Bo was stronger

as far as baseball goes Bo was better...Deion won a world series and was one of the gretest base stealers though...if Deion had played a full career of baseball he would be known as one of the greatest base stealers ever...

basketball...Deion wins

Bo was stronger but Deion was more athletic hands down

Deion is the only player to score a TD every single way possible...Bo could run

Deion could do it all, including run, he has a few rushing TDs

if they were to have a decathalon or some kind of all around contest Deion would have blown him away

Bo Jackson power/strength, speed and endurance > Deions.

Deion could play numerous positions. YAY
Deion has had games where he did this and that. More YAY

What athletic ability did Bo Jackson have that Deion didnt considering they both played the same sports professionally?

You're smoking. Deion couldnt hang with Bo in a decathalon!

Ask yourself why the Bo Know campaign was HUGE. Ask yourself what made Bo Jackson so popular via commercials, endorsements, cartoons, popular sneakers til this day? Why does the name Bo Jackson mean something to people?

Sit there think...and we pick up where we left off.

Bo Jackson could have returned punts. Every fast RB can return punts.

This isn't even debatable. It is truth.

Athelete is physical ability. Not how much your team wins. Deions World series appearance and Super Bowl title are meaningless. Nobody has ever had the combination of power and speed that Bo had. Doesn't even matter if it transfers to sports. But with Bo it did. Deion was not better then Bo in Football. Bo could run over people or through them Deion was just fast. What Bo would have done in Football would have been unprecedented. Deion is the greatest cover corner ever. Bo could have been the greatest Football player ever. Bo could have been the greatest Baseball player ever. Bo could win Gold Medals in track all the time being able to body slam all his track competition.

Deion Average Baseball
Deion Great Football
Deion Average Basketball
Deion Great Track Athelete

Bo GOAT Football Not Just Runningback Player
Bo Baseball Top Ten With GOAT Potential Greatest Outfield Arm Ever 40/40 Club Numerous Times Jumping Catches While Running Up The Wall
Bo Gold Medal Track Athelete

Dunk a basketball? What is that? Hes an all time elite athlete. Of course he could dunk. He used to do it in commercials.

Id love to see Deion rush for 290 yards.

Bo would have had an easier time doing what Deion did than Deion doing what Bo did. Physical differences. Deion wasnt near strong enough to be Bo. Bo might have actually been faster than Sanders. Wouldnt have the instincts. But that guy was sick.

He was offered a spot on the olympic track team wasnt he? I think he qualified in some sprint but chose MLB and NFL for money reasons. I read he would have been in track if it were just a matter of what he loved.

Bo could do more than run. Bo was stronger than Deion. Was at least an above average hitter in baseball. He made one of the few throws in baseball history that impressed me. Threw it out a guy at home....from the wall. And I cant say for sure but I dont think the ball even skipped.

Bo was bad....

You should change to : "Where does he rank among american athletes?"
Because I only see americans in those lists.

Americans love to call all their champions as world champions.
The funniest thing I ever saw was this :

Babe Ruth beating Pele in the quartes of a best athlete ever tournament. Pele is not even one of the top 4 best ever for CNN.

All true. The NBA and MLB especially ought to stop with that "World Champion" line. The World Champion is Spain.
