If you lift and use supplements, which supplements are you using??
I'm asking cuz I just started lifting again, and started using Creatine and Whey Protein.. But I was wondering if you could still use a fat burner, like Ripped Fuel, etc, while using the other two..
I use Muscle Milk and Redline as a fat burner. I don't use Redline consistently enough to get results, though.
lol, I've always been the type to start something and not be consistent with it.. But now, I'm in a place where all I have is time on my hands for a few months.. So I really plan on being consistent.. I heard about Redline, but they don't have it here..
Yeh i train and the supplements i use are, Whey Protein, Creatine and Glutamine. Dont really use fat burners but i have in the past. And there aint no reason that you cant use a fat burner just make sure your diet is clean otherwise you wont notice anything.
Yeah ..gotta be careful with creatine ..make sure you drink tons of water...As for me ..I use to use all the supplements..but now I just eat right and lift weights..but im just looking to be cut..not be a body builder!
Whey Protein is mostly used to get that little bit of extra protein and for after a workout because it goes directly to your muscles. For Bulking i recomend adding more carbs to your diet and a little bit of fat.
