You can always hope for the future with the Knicks. But lets be honest, their present is ugly and their future is only bright if you are a complete homer. David Lee was nice and Frye showed a little, but by the time you get rid of all the things that make the present so ugly, Lee and Frye will be headed elsewhere also. On top of that, lets be honest, Lee and Frye are nice, not great, not franchise, they are roleplayers at best.

Pistons will be better. At least they won't be playing 4 on 5 on offense now.

Career stats aren't an accurate reflection of the statistical production the Pistons got/lost.

sound like a knick fan. offense doesn't win, defense does. thus, ben wallace leaving the pistons for the bulls who he said "reminded me of how the pistons played when we won the Championship."

Remind my ass! How? Their defense won't be as closes as the '04 Pistons.

Ask Ben Wallace. He said that the Bulls are young and scrappy...not to mention led the NBA in defense for how many years in a row?! and the first team to do that since the Spurs of the late 90's and early 00's. he also said Coach Skiles runs the system that makes him great, a very similar system to what resulted in a lone ring with the Pistons. I can't blame him. Flip wanted him to be something he's not. The Bulls just want Ben for who he is.

It could very likely be better if they decide to keep Chandler.

Yes if they don't trade Chandler then they have potential to be as good as the '04 Pistons or even better.

The 2004 Pistons are in a whole another level than the current Bulls. That team had Wallace,Wallace,Billups,Hamilton, and Prince starting. Off the bench they had Mike James, Mehmet Okur, Big Nasty, Lindsey Hunter, Elden Campbell, etc. The Bulls will never touch that team. Ben isn't the same player anymore.

PJ Brown is a better defender than Chandler so how does keeping him make them better, unless you are factoring in that JR Smith might play and that he is worse than anyone he would play instead of but thats really a stretch.

If Ben wanted the 06 Pistons to play like the 04 Pistons how come he didnt play like the 04 Ben? He was the biggest difference between the two. Ben is past his prime and on the decline. Ben would probably only be 2 time DPOY if Artest, Camby or Kirilenko could last a whole season.

Even as a huge Ben Wallace fan, I think Ben has gotten seriously overrated on this board the past few days, where were all you Ben Wallace fans this past season? Get a clue.
