I am in. Probably going to wing it for season-long and focus more on daily fantasy this year. So if my team sucks that is why.

I never go RB in the 1st round...when you go RB in the 1st, it turns your whole season into a gamble because they are usually injured. I think Dooms usually goes RB in the 1st and has been unfortunate more than fortunate with injury.

thank you... missed this comment earlier.

And yes... this is true...

I have had some bad beats / tough breaks.

however, I think 2/6 years I did play
very piss poor fantasy football,
and I deserved to be labeled as a
mediocre FF player.

The other 4 years seemed very unlucky.

Feeling lucky/dedicated this year though.
Feel good about the Dallas Cowboys too.

why?

I feel good about teams like the patriots, the seahawks, the panthers, the packers, the steelers... I dont really see any reason to feel good about the cowboys. i think the cowboys have a lot of holes. who is pass rushing for them next season? how much more of a beating can the 36 year old romo withstand? what happens to the offense if dez gets injured again? what happens to the offense if elliot is not all that hes cracked up to be?

Preseason is always the most hopeful time for a modern Cowboys fan.

Hmm, we were a dez bobble away from the SB just two years ago with a healthy Romo but somehow we're crazy homers if we just "feel good" about our team.

Romo stays healthy?...we are lock to win the NFCE IMO...that isn't a biased opinion, that is a logical opinion.

We are also the current vegas odds fav to win our division...so it isn't just some out of touch biased homer opinion.

A Dez bobble from the SB???

So you just were gonna waltz into Seattle and beat em based off a regular season win?

yes...they matched up with us horribly, we absolutely dominated them that game, in Seattle

doesn't matter...I mean, okay...we were a Dez bobble away from the NFC Championship

either way, it's plenty of reason to get hopes up.

Our line is probably the best in the NFL, and they are all very young...we just drafted the best RB prospect in the draft. Romo and Dez are back...having a questionable defense wasn't an issue when we moved the ball on the ground, Murray was our defense. No reason to think we can't just get back to it.

with that logic you were a botched flag pickup away from going home wildcard weekend.

You know what, I won't even get into that flag, I'll still say this...even if THAT is true we were still a playoff team!

Dallas fans should at least be allowed to have their hopes up for the playoffs...that is realistic

The year of the Dez bobble we were literally pegged to have the worst defense IN THE HISTORY of the NFL. We lost Ware, Sean Lee, DeMarcus Lawrence in training camp, we had NO ONE...and we were coming off a year where we gave up the most passing yards in the history of the game.

Our D that year ending up being DeMarco Murray and the run game...stat wise they fared 'average'...they surprised everyone.

This year is no different...our identity is the run game, our defense is the run game...our everything is the run game. If the other team can't stop us from running the ball and the clock, we will win the game, simple as that.
