Default Al Harrington is back?

there speculations that Al Harrington might return to indy. Crazy starting lineup:

Tinsely ???

its a nice frontcourt but i just dont like seeing jackson at the wing, if we get al hopefully other moves will be made in the near future to get an upgrade at the 2 spot

If the Pacers have any money to spare Deshawn Stevenson is still available I think...

would deshawn be an upgrade over jackson? i havnt really seen him play

i'd rather just trade jackson outright with another piece that doesnt fit here (tinsley or johnson) for an upgrade at the two

I definitely agree with this. Moving Jax is probably something that should happen for the good of the team. I like him well enough, but I don't think he fits with the rest of team, and his outside shot is too inconsistent. I would think that a Tinsley and Jackson package could net a decent 2 guard.

On topic, I'm not sure that Al returning is a good thing. He seems to me to duplicate a lot of the things that Granger and Shawne Williams do. I think Al is a little undersized for the four, and that frontcourt doesn't rebound well enough, IMO.

i dont mind Jax. The thing with him is that he is a complimentary player, he is not a first option player, which he was forced to be when JO and Artest/Peja werent there. He cant play that role of the go-to-guy, hes a role player. He was just that when he won a title in San Antonio...
