In just Spain and Greece alone, it averages about 10 million.

Well not true, but gotta be at the very very least 10 millions worldwide. Here it says more than 2million in Spain and more than a million in Greece. There are no total numbers, however it mentions it was broadcasted in 197 countries.

Nope, it says 1 million total. You lose. 1 million for Euroleague vs 30+ million for the NBA finals. Pros win again.

If you think otherwise, you have never ever seen a FIBA Americas and/or FIBA EuroBasket game.

Even European teams like Czech Republic, Belgium, Latvia are way, way, way better teams than Puerto Rico.

The only teams from Americas region that have any chance of making it out of a first group stage at EuroBasket are USA, Canada and Brazil - with Brazil being doubtful.

None of the other teams in Americas region would even sniff a second stage at EuroBasket.

st reality, and you are being delusional if you don't understand that.

And Latvia played that game against Puerto Rico without its 3 best players. So please just drop the bullshit. It gets really ridiculous after awhile.

At the last EuroBasket they only missed 1 of their best players (Porzingis). And if both teams are full strength, Latvia would estroy a team like Puerto Rico.

Stop trolling about FIBA basketball, it just makes you look like a fool.

Here you are again making excuses while the facts are that Puerto Rico beat Latvia in a game that really counted, an elimination game to qualify for the Olympics. Latvia which was 8th place in Eurobaket and made the 2nd stage in Eurobasket was eliminated by Puerto Rico in a game to qualify for the Olympics...FACT

That's just for one game and one Tv station.

It averages 30-40 million viewers total.

You have to be an incredibly stupid moron to think that the biggest sports clubs in the world (these clubs have incredibly enormous fan bases in the several tens of millions, or even more) are playing and only 1 million people watch.

There seems to be no bounds to your stupidity.

The last final four had 1 million people just in attendance at the outside TV viewing area.

You are the dumbest person to ever post in this website.

Using this logic, no team in Americas could ever win a single game against a European team....

Spain 91 the best of Americas Venezuela 55

FACT

You are so retarded it can't even be put into words.

Your logic would make sense if Euroleague was a pro sports league like the Premier League or La Liga, but it's not. Unfortunately with amateur leagues like Euroleague you're going to have a significantly lower viewer total. So yeah, the one million viewers figure makes total sense. That's still a ton of eyes watching, I'm sure that's more than the WNBA viewership. Still nowhere near the higher level leagues like the NBA or NCAA, though.

An amateur league is where players don't get paid (NCAA). A league where players don't get paid enough to make a living without other money (like D-League), is called "semi-pro".

Euroleague is a fully professional league, you freaking idiot. Average salary was over $1.1 million 2 years ago, and the budgets of the teams have gone up quite a bit since then.

A league where players make on average over a million a year is PROFESSIONAL, not amateur.

Get a dictionary and learn the English language, you inbred POS redneck trailer trash.

And just STFU with your insane claim that "NCAA is a higher level league than Euroleague".

Hey Coach Nick and all your alts, you can.....
