I would pick Fazekas, even if he's sleeping on mock drafts right now (he's projected as the first second rounder or the last first rounder).
He's a shooting big, so he can be somewhat similar to Cook/Radmanovic, but the thing is he's a hell of a rebounder (12 in his last year), a prolific scorer (20 ppg for years in college) and is ready from the get-go, as he has played 4 years in college as a go-to-guy for 3 at least.
He's a more than decent shot blocker and even steals some balls, can score down-low and has excellent size (6-10 barefoot). Needless to say, he has excellent percentages: around 50% FG, 80% FT and even good 3PT.
In first workounts, he's reported to have no problem to the NBA 3-pt line too, which is really important as some college players have difficulties in adding the necessary range.
IMO he would be a perfect backup for Odom.
Other possibilities are mostly inexperienced players or undeveloped talents (e.g. Thaddeus Young, assuming he's not picked before) but I don't think they are what we need now.
In a so-deep draft, even our 2 second rounders can turn into interesting players, and if we want to pick a project, we can use one of those 2. I would look for some great athlete at the 2-3 position with the other 2 picks.
Honorable mention: Arron Afflalo and Rush' brother could be available and both could be great fit in LA for Farmar and for what Phil told about Rush when he was waived.
