Final nail in the coffin, By DVOA defense efficency, since 2008(Rodgers first start) Green Bay has had better a better defense than New England 6 out of 9 times

Just leave lmao

Reminder: Belilichik is a defensive coach

2001 Post Season:

Held the #4 scoring offense Raiders to 13 points and 230 total yards

Held the #7 scoring offense Steelers to 17 points and forced FOUR turnovers.

Held the GREATEST SHOW ON TURF to 17 points and forced THREE turnovers.

That's a hell of a defensive effort.

2003 Playoff Run:

Held #5 scoring offense Titans to 14 points, forced a TO and below 300 yards.

Held #2 scoring offense Colts to 14 points and forced FIVE turnovers.

2004 Playoff Run:

Held #1 scoring offense Colts to 3 points, under 300 yards and FORCED 3 TURNOVERS.

Forced FOUR TURNOVERS against #11 scoring offense Steelers.

Forced FOUR TURNOVERS against #8 scoring offense Eagles.

2014 Playoff Run:

Held the #6 scoring offense to 7 points, 209 yards and forced 3 turnovers.

Defense makes the superbowl winning play.

As you can see, Brady has been given tremendous amounts of help on defense throughout his 4 career playoff superbowl runs.

This is not discrediting Brady, this is simply stating the obvious - Patriots have played GREAT defense and have shut down and at times embarrassed top tier offenses in the playoffs. Team game.

Cool, that still doesn't go against my argument

Rodgers has had better defenses most of his career

Also, in 2011 playoff run (which they lost) the defense gave up just 17 PPG and never more than 21 points in the playoffs.

Giants defensive rank in their two superbowls have been 25th and 17th in points allowed. The driving force behind those two superbowls have been the defense.

No different than when Manning win with us. Defense was ranked bad but they played excellent in the playoffs.

So, Aaron Rodgers has had a better defense, better O line and he still has only 1 ring?

I did the research on this, Rodgers has been given on average the 15th or 16th ranked scoring defense per season.

Brady was given the 8th (actually 7.8) scoring defense on average for his career.

Rodgers defense in the playoffs has given up an average of 24 points per game LOL

The one year the Packers gave Rodgers a very good defensive performance in the playoffs they won the superbowl. Forced a lot of turnovers and kept the other offense in the mid to teens to mid 20's.

Lmao again we're comparing SINCE Rodgers been a starter

No point in comparing before considering how offense friendly the league has been since 06

Brady's playoff QB Rating since the rule change has been worse than it was with stricter rules.

47 TD to 27 INT ratio. That is 1.74 TD to every pick.

87 Rating.

His regular season since rule change is 101 QB Rating with a 3.87 TD to every 1 pick thrown ratio.

He gets way worse in playoffs.

Damn. Not very goat like.

Rodgers stays pretty consistent from regular season to post season. 104 regular season rating to 100 post season.

4.1 TD to INT ratio regular season to 3.66 TD to INT ratio playoffs.

Rodgers doesn't have a lot deep runs, that dramatic helps his stats. Easier to get stats vs wild card opponents. Brady is usually on byes and have to play the winner of wild card, not to mention the conference finals and SB.

http://www.pro-football-reference.co.../gamelog/post/

15 TD 1 int in wild card games.
18 TD 8 int after

Tony Romo has a better playoff rating than Brady.
