Scratch Brandon Rush. He's returning to college.

Scratch Hibbert too. Also, there is NO WAY Acie Law is that high and above Conley. Hawks are taking him at #3.

I may not agree with your rankings, but the fact this is a very very deep draft, is for sure, people picking late 1st round and even 2nd round have a chance at a solid player.

And Sean Williams should be on your list, reguardless of his off court issues, he'll go no later than early 2nd.

Law, Green and Byars are too high.

Byars in the mid 20's at best.

Law in the low teens at best.

Green in the mid-late teens.

This would be my top 40 ranking. This is not where I think they will go, or my personal ranking. It is kind of a combination. For example, Mike Conley will probably go 3rd, but because I think that is a team need, and not where he ranks as an overall prospect, he is down at 7. On the other hand, while he may go lower because of his contract situation, I think Tiago Splitter is still the 13th best prospect in the draft.

1. Greg Oden
2. Kevin Durant
3. Brandan Wright
4. Yi Jianlian
5. Al Horford
6. Julian Wright
7. Mike Conley
8. Joakim Noah
9. Corey Brewer
10. Jeff Green
11. Spencer Hawes
12. Acie Law
13. Tiago Splitter
14. Al Thorton
15. Thaddeus Young
16. Javaris Crittenton
17. Nick Young
18. Josh McRoberts
19. Rodney Stucky
20. Marco Belinelli
21. Jason Smith
22. Rudy Fernandez
23. Marcus Williams
24. Ante Tomic
25. Alando Tucker
26. Marco Gasol
27. Arron Afflalo
28. Morris Almond
29. Aaron Gray
30. Daequan Cook
31. Kyle Visser
32. Sean Williams
33. Herbert Hill
34. Nick Fazekas
35. Derrick Byars
36. Glen Davis
37. Trey Johnson
38. Taurean Green
39. Dominic McGuire
40. Petteri Koponen
