What is that protein shake i have seen people post? It has oats, milk, peanut butter, and other stuff.

Could someone post it for me? Please and thank you.

That sounds like a crazy combo. I guess you could use Muscle Milk Oatmeal and add milk and PB.

What I use is:

1 cup of oats 300 calories, but this makes it real thick, stick with 1/2 a cup for 150 calories if you want it thinner

1 big banana about 150 calories

1 scoop of whey 150 calories

2 tbspoons of PB 200 calories

1 cup of milk 150 calories

It's less of a protein shake and more of a home-made weight gainer shake that has less fat and sugar than the name brand ones. Make sure to clean the blender right afterwords or else the oats and stuff dries and makes it hard to clean.

I can't say it's completely because of this, but I've gained 17-18 pounds since the beginning of this year. A big part of it was this drink and also eating more protein. I was never able to eat breakfast because for some reason I can't eat right when I wake up, so I drank this thing instead which helped load a lot of fat free calories into my body. The PB has fat, but nuts provide good fat. Stick to your workout routine, last year I was half asses and didn't gain much, but I go every week now, 4 days a week and it's paying off. I'm up from 145 to about 161 or 162.

Yes, but make sure you workout, you won't gain muscle just by drinking this and other supps. It's 50/50 with nutrition and workout. Make sure to eat lean means, I never drink soda any more, just a gallon of water, if not more a day.

This alone will not help you gain weight, but it's good for an extra meal, when you're not really hungry you can drink it to add extra calories. Eat 5-6 meals a day, not huge thanksgiving meals, but good even meals. You should get about a gram of protein for every pound of body weight and split it up in your meals. I'm 160 about so I eat 5 meals a day so that about 30 grams of protein per meal.

Ok thanks for the advice and i do workout about 4-5 times a week with cardio mixed in. What are some good lean meat? Like tuna, chicken, etc.

Tuna is wonderful, I just wish I could eat it, but I hate the smell. Chicken is great, if you want to make turkey sandwhiches, that's also real good. Just try to stick to natural deli meats because they have less sodium. Also, try to eat whole wheat bread as opposed to white bread, it's much better for you. I'm not 100% sure about this, but white bread has a lot of complex carbs and is sometimes digested as a type of sugar.

Ok that is good because i actually prefer wheat bread and i love turkey and chicken sandwiches. Also something i liek as a post workout snack is a can of tuna and a glass of milk.
